Passport VPN

Terms

Last updated 16 October 2026

You buy Passport VPN from Passport VPN, run by Dan, a sole trader in Manchester, UK. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf; we never see or store your card number.

Who we are

Passport VPN is run by Dan, a sole trader based in Manchester, UK. You can reach us at [email protected].

Who you're buying from

You buy from Passport VPN. Checkout is Stripe's secure payment page: Stripe processes the card payment on our behalf, and the contract for the service is between you and Passport VPN under these terms.

What you get

The price is £19 for 12 months, paid once. There is no contract and nothing renews automatically: when the 12 months end, the service stops unless you choose to buy again.

Getting your login

Your login details arrive by email, at the address you gave at checkout, within 12 hours of payment. If they haven't arrived by then, check your spam folder and then email us.

What we can and can't promise

The service runs on established VPN infrastructure. We do not inspect your traffic. Streaming services sometimes block VPN servers, so we can't promise that every app works every day; that is what the 14-day refund is for. We aim to keep the service running all year, but short outages and maintenance can happen.

Using the service

If a login is used in breach of these rules we may suspend it, and we'll tell you why by email.

Refunds and cancelling

You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. How to ask is in our refund policy.

Our liability

If something goes wrong because of us, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms, the version that applied when you bought still covers your 12 months. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
